Alfredo Bustamante, Principal Broker and CEO, opened Edge Realty in Guam in 2006 after relocating from Naperville in Chicago. He has been living in Guam for about 15 years and has raised his 4 children here in Guam. As Alfredo says “Guam is home for us”.
Alfredo has achieved several real estate certifications, including certifications as ABR, CRS, EPA, CIPS (Asia pacific and International real Estate), E-PRO, and a member of the Guam Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. Alfredo is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. His common-sense, people skills, and devotion to his work make the ideal Realtor under any given circumstance. He is hard working and does not settle for less. His friendly personality and Real Estate knowledge are beneficial to all of his clients.
Alfredo currently holds a Bachelor in health science with a minor in Business administration from Campbell University which he attended during his military carrier at Fort Bragg North Carolina. Alfredo is a combat disabled U.S Army veteran. Alfredo’s prior Military Service (S.F.) allows him to gauge the needs for military individuals, couples, and families moving to Guam. He understands their concerns and preferences, and delivers only what exceeds their expectations.
